A candidate for being eligible for admission to the three year integrated course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) must have passed Higher Secondary school Certificate examination (Std. Xli) in Science Stream Conducted by the Maharashtra State Boards of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Mathematics and Statistics as one of the subject.

  • A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Science- Information Technology, shall have passed Xli standard examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Mathemati and Statistics as one of the subject and should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate for open category and 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category candidates.
  • Candidate who have passed Diploma (Three years after S.S.C. XTH Std.) in Information Technology / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical, Electronics and Video Engineering and Allied Branches / Mechanical and Allied Branches / Civil and Allied branches are eligible for direct admission to the second year of the B.Sc. (I.T.) degree. However, the Diploma should be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government Body. Mathematics At 12th Science F.Y. B.Sc & SN. B.sc. (Hons.) Mathematics or Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Mathematics is an undergraduate Mathematics course. Mathematics is the study of quantity, structure, space, and change. B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics program provides in-depth knowledge about geometry, trigonometry, calculus and various other theories in Mathematics or related disciplines, such as computer science or statistics in addition to study of the normal Bachelor of Science subjects like Physics and Chemistry. The duration of the course is three years and the syllabus for the course is divided into six semesters. This Mathematics Honors course is an important and valuable one that provide opportunities to the candidates of after taking some of the subjects of Master’s degree. After completing the course they can go for many fields to obtain jobs. The course is being offered by many colleges/ universities in off and on campuses throughout the country.

Eligibility for admission to B.Sc. Degree Courses with Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany / Zoology / Geography / Home Science (Main) shall be a pass on the Higher Secondary, Intermediate, or Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination offering the relevant disciplines. Candidates applying for admission to B.Sc.(Chemistry) should have passed their qualifying examination with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry.

B.M.S /BAF Eligibility : 0.3941 Amended as per Cir. No. UG/278/07 A candidate for being eligible for admission to the B.M.S. Degree Course shall have passed XII Std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education of its equivalent examination or Diploma In any Engineering branches with two years of three years or four years duration after S.S.C. , conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination ..by securing minimum 45% marks for general category (in one attempt at the respective Examination & minimum 40% marks for the reserved category (in one attempt) No college shall conduct any entrance test in any form and be admissions are purely based on merit duly following the reservation policy as per the norms of Government of Maharashtra .

While drawing the merit list, weight age has to be given to students from Arts, Commerce and Science Stream at 12th Standard level. The stream wise weightage to be given is as under:- Stream Commerce Arts only for BMs Science Diploma Engineering Percentage 45% 25% 25% 5%

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Degree Course in Bachelor of Mass Media shall have passed XIld Std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Education or its:- equivalent from the Science, Arts or Commerce Stream. No college shall conduct any entrance test in any form and be admissions are purely based on merit duly following the reservation policy as per the norms of Government of Maharashtra .   • M. COM. (PART -I/II) IN ADVANCE ACCOUNTANCY -
    Candidate being eligible for admission to this course shall have passed B. Corn. form University of Mumbai or any other recognized University securing at least 45% marks at first attempt.
  • M.A- GEOGRAPHY (PART I/II) :-
    Candidate eligible for admission to this course shall have B. A. ( Geography) from University of Mumbai or any other recognized universities in Maharashtra.
  • M.A. Economics (Part-I/II) shall here B.A. (Economics)
  • M.A. Sociology (Part-I/II) shall here B.A. (Sociology)
  • M.A. Marathi (Part-I/II) shall here B.A. (Marathi)
  • M.A. History (Part-I/II) shall here B.A. (History)
  • Ordinances relating to the refund of the fees for the college in all the faculties.
  • All fees paid by a student a the time of admission shall be refunded to him after deduction or Rs. 10 administrative charge, if the student inform of the same that he desires to cancel his admission.
  • If a students informs the principal of the college / institution, in writing, within 30 days from the date of commencement of the term that he desires to cancel his admission, all fees shall be refunded to him after deduction of Rs. 30/- (Rupees thirty only) and administrative charges.
  • Q. 2859 : A) All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him after deduction of Rs. 50/- Rupees fifty only) as administrative charges, provided.
  • At the time of applying for admission, he intimates in writing that he has also applied or intends to apply for admission to this one or more of the professional college or institution or departments affiliated University which Impart instruction for degree courses in Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Physic- Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology & Speech Therapy, Medicine, Dentistry, Ayurveda, Unani conducted by the National Defence Academy or Indian Institutes of Technology or Technology or Regional colleges of Engineering.
  • 1. The students shall be governed by University of Mumbai Ordinance 0.118 relating to attendance.
  • 0.119 : the following shall be the minimum attendance necessary for keeping terms- FACULTY FIRST TERM SECOND TERM
    ARTS, SCIENCE AND THREE- FOURTH COMMERCE DAYS ON WHICH LECTURES DAYS ON WHICH LECTURES ARE DELIVERED
  • 2. 0.125 To keep a term at a college or recognized institution an undergraduates must complete to the satisfactions of the principal or the Head of the Institution the course of study at the college or undergraduate then belongs. Attendance for the day would mean attendance for the day would at all lectures? Tutorials held during the day. Absence from any one lecture/Tutorials would amount to absence for the whole day.

  • Suspensions from attending classes
  • Withholding /drawing scholarships/fellowship and other benefits.

  • Debarring from representing the institution in any national or international event.

As our college is unaided the source of funds for the college is through scholarships and freeships received from state Government every year. The students belonging to reserved category (SC/ST/SBC/OBC/NT) are required to submit application forms on-line before the dates declared by the Govt. All reserved category students have to open a bank account in their name and provide details to the college. Normally the dead line for submission of application forms is 30th Sept. every year. The amount of maintenance allowance is directly credited in the student's account in bank of students getting scholarship.. There is no maintenance allowance for students getting freeship. The students belonging to (OBC/SBC/NT) category get maintenance allowance the maximum limit of the income of The (OBC/ SBC/NT) students with Non Creamy Layer certificate has been fixed of Rs.6 lakh for freeship.

  • For BMS & CS. I.T. students: OBC/SBC/NT students don't get scholarship & freeship however. SC & ST students get full scholarship & freeship.
  • For SC/ST students, the income limit for scholarship is 2 lakh per year. Above 2 lakh, there is freeship.
  • Open category students are required to pay full amount of tuition fees. We allow installment facility for payment of fees to the college.
  • The Reserved category students not filling up scholarship forms have to pay full course fee to the college.
